FIWA School's Study Excursion 2024: Exploring AICI and FEB UI

FIWA School embarked on an exciting Study Excursion on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, taking students on a journey to explore the cutting-edge realms of technology at the Artificial Intelligence Center Indonesia (AICI) and the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Indonesia (UI). This enriching experience provided students with hands-on learning opportunities and insights into the fascinating world of artificial intelligence and economics.

All male students, except for those in 9th grade, eagerly participated in this educational adventure. From morning until late afternoon, students immersed themselves in various activities designed to broaden their knowledge and spark their curiosity.

During the first session, SMP (junior high school) students engaged in the creation of arm robots at AICI, while SMA (senior high school) students explored the diverse faculties of FEB UI. This division allowed students to delve into activities tailored to their academic levels and interests, fostering a conducive learning environment for each group.

Following the Zuhr prayer, both SMP and SMA students reunited for a stimulating CEO Talk focusing on technology. Esteemed speakers shared valuable insights into the latest advancements in the field of artificial intelligence and technology, inspiring students to envision the limitless possibilities of technology in shaping the future.

In the final session, students eagerly participated in Ai Days, where they had the opportunity to experience three innovative AI technologies: Internet of Things (IoT), Humanoid Robots, and Virtual Reality (VR). Through hands-on demonstrations and interactive sessions, students gained a deeper understanding of how these technologies function and their practical applications in various industries.

The Study Excursion to AICI and FEB UI provided FIWA School students with a unique opportunity to expand their horizons and engage with cutting-edge technologies firsthand. By immersing themselves in these experiential learning experiences, students not only enhanced their academic knowledge but also developed essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.

As the students returned from their excursion, they carried with them newfound knowledge, inspiration, and a deeper appreciation for the dynamic world of technology. FIWA School remains committed to providing its students with transformative learning experiences that empower them to become future leaders in an ever-evolving global landscape. Barakallahu fiihim
